So this happened last week, and we’re still laughing about it. Picture this. We’re in the middle of our busiest day ever. During peak back to school season. The team is packing up orders. Everyone’s moving fast. And then things get interesting. Right in the middle of all the hustle, two of our team members, Lisa and Mike, were both packing orders for customers named Sarah. Yep, two Sarahs, both ordering an iPhone 14 Pro. What are the odds, right? They both double check the names, but in a rush, they didn’t notice. The Sarahs had completely different last names and different shipping addresses. You can probably guess what happened next. A couple days later, we get a call from a customer named Sarah saying, hey, I just got an iPhone 14 Pro, but it’s not the color I ordered. We’re like, uh, then five minutes later, we get another call from the other Sarah saying, I got my iPhone, but it isn’t the storage size I wanted. Immediately, we knew what happened. Lisa and Mike had accidentally swapped the order. Sarah number one got Sarah numbers two iPhone, and then Sarah number two got Sarah number one’s iPhone. We immediately contacted both of them. We got it figured out. They’re pretty cool about it. We arranged a quick swap and even threw in some free accessories.
