I believe that DOC Prescott gets a deal done by Week 1. I think that this is a better front office than people give it credit for. And if DOC Prescott ends up hitting free agency, he’s going to be one of the biggest free agents that we’ve seen in a very long time. Now, I’ll also say this. I don’t believe that Week 1 is a hard deadline for Dak Prescott. I don’t buy that whatsoever. Because if the Cowboys reach the number and the terms are to the liking of Dak Prescott’s camp, they’re gonna take the offer. It doesn’t matter when it comes. If it comes, I think that the camp will be very excited to sign a contract. So I don’t think that Week 1 is a hard deadline. But I also think that when you look at the ramifications of not signing DOC Prescott and what that could mean for the future of this football team, I think that they’re big. I think that this team is in a Super Bowl window. They have players that could be hall of Fame players. And to pretty much restart your franchise with a new franchise quarterback or with a new quarterback in general? Because if you get a new quarterback next year, there’s no telling if they’re going to be a franchise quarterback. I think that that would be a irrational move by the Cowboys based more off emotion than it would be actual logic. Just because The team hasn’t gotten over the hump. So let’s just blame one of the most consistent figures in our organization, who’s been a leader for our organization. I think that that would be irrational if the Cowboys decided to move on.
