If you have a gap in employment, traditional ways of looking for work will not work for you, especially in this market. What I mean by that is that they have their pick of talent and they are going to pick people who are currently employed. If we’re just basing it on resume or LinkedIn profile alone. Right. That gaps is, why haven’t you worked for two years? What’s going on? They don’t want to take on that risk. They’re making some assumptions about you. And that’s unfortunate but true. There is a form of discrimination against the unemployed. So you are going to have to change your strategy, your tools and your tactics. That is the trilogy, folks. That is the secret sauce.
