Addressing Client Nightmares: Finding the Right Account Manager Without Compromising Company Values

Hey Luke we are gonna open the search for another account manager but somebody has to talk to the client because the last three people left specifically due to them being a nightmare Do you want a revolving door or do you want to do something about it? We can keep hiring the same old same old but you stood up at the town hall and said “we have a no jerks rule here” is there an exception if there’s a high enough price tag? We’re going to spend more than that revenue dealing with hiring and retraining when they keep driving everybody away
