4 years ago I had the idea for a graphic novel but I didn’t know where to start so after hundreds of pages of notes I wrote my first draft and it was terrible so I rewrote it again and again and again eventually I sent it to my agent and I found a publisher really quickly but then I had to illustrate it and it turns out that graphic novels take a really long time so my 3 month deadline took two years Sapphire is the latest in a very long line of not-very-good-at-it Monster Hunters and when she discovers the home of all monsters she needs to decide if she’s going to protect them or if she’s going to finally join the monster hunting society that she’s been trying to join her entire life
