Rethinking Traditional Office Practices: Why CEOs are Embracing Remote Work

Here’s another example of a CEO that says, hey, there’s no point to having people in the office five days a week. It’s really pointless. And so for any companies that are trying to demand five days a week, it. You’re really an outlier at this point. You know, it’s maybe 20% of companies, maybe fewer, that are mandating full time in the office for people who don’t have to be in the office. That is, obviously, if you work in a warehouse, you have to be there every day. But if you can work remote, to do five days a week is kind of outrageous. And there should be definitely push back against that because it’s unnecessary. And there’s no evidence that that that five days a week versus four, three, two, 1. Zero days of work will have a material impact on the company.
