Google Pixel 9 Pro Fold Review: An In-Depth Look at Google’s Newest Foldable Phone

Google’s second foldy phone is here, the succinctly titled Pixel 9 Pro Fold. It’ll cost you £1,749 here in Blighty, so I hope you’re either loaded or have a relative who’s wealthy and about to pop their clogs. It’s thinner and lighter than the original, but still a proper slab. And one of the biggest upgrades is that whopping great 8 inch internal OLED screen which is now considerably brighter than the original. Now stock Android vibe is as pleasurable as ever, but the Pixel 9 Pro Fold can be a wee bit shonky at times and does get a wee bit toasty when you are gaming on the likes of weather and waves. The battery is smaller than the original Pixel Fold, but battery life has improved and that camera tech is as slick as ever, even if you don’t get quite the full Billy Big Bollocks hardware that you do on the Pixel 9 Pro. My full review and Z Fold 6 comparison is live now on the Tech Spurt YouTube channel.
