Part 8 of our Crumbl Cookie series. Y’all already know I had to do the pumpkin loaf. I love all things pumpkin. We’re gonna add our own twist to this. I melted a little bit of butter, so now we’re gonna add our almond milk to this. Next we’ll add some vanilla protein powder. We’ll add our almond flour next, and then we’ll add our pumpkin puree, some of our mock fruit sweetener. We’re gonna do 1 4, teaspoon of this baking powder, some of our pumpkin spice seasoning, tablespoon of our brown sugar. Just mixing this layer together. Went ahead and just took our crumble one out, cause I’m gonna bake it in this. I just feel like that’s gonna be easier. So we’ll add our little pumpkin mixture to this. Add this to the oven. Pumpkin loaf is almost ready. So I melted a little bit of butter. I’m gonna add some brown sugar, and we’re gonna mix this in and kind of add that on top of it, let it cook, and then we’ll add our icing, and I’ll be ready to go for icing. While that’s finishing cooking, time to add some vanilla Greek yogurt, a little bit of our vanilla protein powder. We’re gonna add some powdered mock fruit, letting our pumpkin look cool, but this smells literally amazing. We’re gonna add our icing on top, sprinkle a little bit with our pumpkin spice. Look how amazing that looks. Best time. It’s taste test time. We’ll start with our crumble. That’s good. Okay, now time for ours. But that’s super good.
