It’s push day. And if you’re tired of having them skinny boy shoulders and benching like a little baby girl, this is the perfect workout for you. That way, everybody in the gym gonna be looking at you like, damn, where you get that pump at? So if you’re tired of being soft, you wanna be the baddest motherfucker in the room, let’s work. That’s what the fuck day it is. Push day. I got three plates and quarters on here. We’re gonna start off with four sets of bench. I might just test this out and maybe try to go for a five 5P0. Yeah. Oh, probably get another one time my leg goes in, but I just don’t plan my feet. More chest. You have the tread lightly today. Buckle the fuck up. Today. You won’t get a nice little pump. No soft shit. Don’t. Make sure you’re exhausting yourself. See the lateral raise? If you don’t this machine, just do it with dumbbells. Four sets of eight to 10. I’m full racking this. There’s no more weight to put on, so I’m getting about eight. I don’t want to be back here, okay? Too far back. You want to be sitting up, your arms almost in like an L that when you come up, hit them delts, you hold it here, slowly retract back down, come up and squeeze. Oh, fuck it. Just be like this. I got the pump cover on now. We don’t want to Show the muscles just yet, but maybe. Next exercise we’re gonna do shoulder press. Smith machine. Four sets. I’m going light because my range of motion for my shoulder press is the thing that really hurts. 10 controlled reps. The thing about the Smith machine that you can do is fail and rack it. So if I’m going for 10 reps and I’m down here and I can’t push it up, I can just rack it. If I have a barbell. It’s a lot tougher to rerack it when you’re failing. So that’s why I like the Smith machine. And it’s more control. You don’t get unbalance. You just wanna make sure your hands are equal to each other. So I don’t wanna. I’ll be inside here and then outside here, cause when I come down, I’ll fuck. So make sure you’re here. I see my hands a little bit in inside of my elbow. So I’m not outside here, I’m inside here. That way when I down, I could tuck in and really push up through the top. Oh, that burn. I’m sweating. Nothing like a little little wing. I can’t see my haters, but it’s Tuesday. Taco Tuesday. And I’m digging into the gym on a Tuesday after a long holiday weekend off. You’re being a soft little bitch. On to the next. I’m trying to sculpt my triceps. V bar push. We all love the V. I can’t say we all. I know I do four sets. And full rackets. So I’m going 10 to 12. Your triceps are bigger than your biceps. If you want big arms, the key is to grow your triceps. I’m bent a little bit and I come down, but when I come up, pause in here, and I’m pushing back, bang. That’s a pump of chest. I think we’re pretty good, haha. We’re gonna do an incline press machine about y’all. But I shop at Trader Joe’s all the time, and they had those little ice cream sandwiches. Cookie, cookie, ice cream, chocolate chips on the outside of the ice cream. I’m guilty. Sheesh. There’s snacks there. Obviously their food is mega, but the snacks. I’m double taking on it. Triple taking on it. Am I getting it? Am I getting it? Yeah, I’m getting it. That’s because I’ll be off this ass on and then just be like, I got them munchies. Wow. I haven’t been able to watch anything good. I have so many streaming channels, and I browse through them, and I never know what to pick. Let’s do this. If y’all watching a dope TV series, I don’t want some soft boy lover shit, okay? I like suspenseful, action type things that happen that you’re not actually expecting to happen. Good storyline time. And where you get your whole thing, you come out here and you squeeze. Doing four sets, 10 to 12 reps. See how it’s coming behind my head? Pause, pull that tricep, and then coming out. Oh, yeah.
