Tragic Mass Shooting Leaves Four Dead and Multiple Injured at Georgia High School

At least four people have been killed. At least nine people have been injured. This is confirmed from the Georgia Bureau of investigations right now as a result of today’s mass shooting at the Appalachian High School in Georgia. Now, CNN has reported that up to 30 people could be injured, but that number has not been officially confirmed yet. Barrow County Sheriff Judge Smith said that, quote, there were multiple people who were injured. President Biden has issued a statement saying, quote, he is mourning the deaths of those at the Georgia high school, but that we cannot continue to accept this as normal when talking about mass shootings and school shootings in America. The shooter is believed to be 14 years old. it is unclear whether he is a student of the Appalachian High School or came in off campus, but he is believed to be 14 years old according to sources. This is absolutely devastating. When they call us the school shooting generation, folks, this is what they mean. Young people have grown up to accept this as a new normal. It’s abhorrent.
