My day and I thought I would respond to a question somebody recently asked me. Without knowing a lot of the specifics about this work environment or your work environment, I’m gonna give some options that you might consider if you find yourself in this situation first. So if somebody on your team is bringing this to your attention, then you can just say, hey, thanks for bringing this to my attention. Do you mind adding me to the email thread so I can weigh in? No harm in reaching out to the person directly that’s excluding you from the emails to say, hey, moving forward, will you please include me in any emails or correspondence that pertains to me, my work, or my team or my areas of responsibility?
