Life-Changing Books on Addiction, Mental Health, and Self-Discovery

People got in touch with us, you know, we put a message out on Instagram. Thank you so much for getting back to us. You know, we kind of asked people to say any books that they’ve read that changed their life or any books that we’ve read about addiction that changed their life, or anything about mental health that they loved, you know, and, um. And lots of people got in touch and I’m gonna check these books out. These ones came up again. Again. Again. We had loads of books coming, you know, but I think these three that came up, I have heard about before. I thought about getting involved with, and I haven’t done that yet, but I’m going to because of these. The first one is something which I’ve not wanted to read because I. I feel sad, you know, it’s Matthew Perry’s Friends, Lovers and the big terrible thing, you know, I think, um. I’ve had so many people say how much of an amazing book it is and how beautiful and how dark and how incredible this book is. But, um, something about me feels sad. And I am. I, uh, don’t know if I wanna feel that.
