This is my summer safety outfit for the days that is too hot outside or warm enough to wear a cute outfit. Start with the top, either a cap sleeve, T-shirt, a tank top, a Jersey, or even a dress. For bottoms, obviously shorts and athletic pair of shorts, caprice or a skirt, depends on what top you wear. For shoes, literally anything other than boots for the finishing touches.
