Rattling Pots and Pans: Trying Out German Style Sweet and Sour Red Cabbage Recipe for the First Time

Get in the kitchen and rattle those pots and pans. Guys are making German style sweet and sour red cabbage for the first time. I chopped up roughly a smallest red cabbage head. I saute it with 2 tablespoons of butter. First, I let it cook for 5 minutes. Then I coated all the cabbage with 2 tablespoons of white cheese sugar, last but not least, salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. That’s it. Simple. It’s gonna be good. Cook it until it’s tender, like a half hour, but don’t overcook it because you’ll have mush and it won’t taste good at all. Give my recipe a try. I hope you like cabbage. And then let me know how it comes out. Have a good day.
