Get in the kitchen and rattle those pots and pans. Guys are making German style sweet and sour red cabbage for the first time. I chopped up roughly a smallest red cabbage head. I saute it with 2 tablespoons of butter. First, I let it cook for 5 minutes. Then I coated all the cabbage with 2 tablespoons of white cheese sugar, last but not least, salt and pepper, and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar. That’s it. Simple. It’s gonna be good.
