Hello, Betty. You’re gonna hear the dog that never stops pacing in the background. And I’m so sorry about that. However, I’m making this video for a purpose. So please comment, like share all that jazz. As most of you know, if you’ve been in my lives the last couple of days, you know that I am having an issue and issue that I need help with and advice on and please comment down and let me know what your suggestions are. And I’m gonna tell you what I’ve done and what, you know, what’s been, what’s happening.
Okay. So about a year and a half ago, it started and it’s been, and then it stopped for a long time and then it come yesterday, it went full force. We have somebody that is Frank calling the bakery. They are calling, last night they called about 60 times in a matter of three hours. So like every two or three minutes they may take a little bit of a like a five minute break, then they would call right back.
Okay, sorry. So here’s what they call the bakery. They threaten us. They just breathe. They hang up. They call us every word, every name in the book that you could think of. They use the C word like it’s the first word they ever Learned how to use. They, it’s constant and it’s been happening over and over and over again.
And, you know, for a while I was just, you know, it was just happening when I went live. So I just would stop doing livesteering business hours for a while. And I just did it after hours. And then I would just turn the phone off. Sorry, the dog’s driving me nuts. But anyways, so I need help. What they’re doing is they’re using like an app or something and they’re calling. And yesterday they took it above and beyond when they called non stop for 3 hours, non stop. And if you were on my live, you saw it, you heard it.
More than anything, you know, I’ve tried answering the phone and being nice to him. I’ve tried answering the phone, not being nice to him. I’ve had the police answered the phone last night and they still kept doing it and still kept doing it. They are at this point harassing my store to the point to where I can’t get phone calls from my legitimate customers, from the people that are trying to contact me to order cakes or any kind of order by that, for that matter, people that are calling for questions on their orders for this is my business and my livelihood and there is somebody that is messing with that.
So now I’m mad. I will not stop until we figure out who this is. Okay? It is one person. It has been this one person almost the whole time. Occasionally, a few other ones will trickle in. Those are just kids. But the one person that called last night 60 times and called today probably 10*15 times, today, I’m not even live today. I haven’t. I did a live after they were making all the phone calls today. There’s targeted my store for whatever reason. I don’t know who they are or why they’re doing it. But I’m fed up and I need help figuring out how to fix this. Again, they’re using an app. They disguise their phone number. But there has to be a way to find maybe their IP address. I am not smart when it comes to like computer stuff.
I have called the police. I will be pressing charges. It will happen when I find you. I will be pressing charges for multiple things. For harassment and threats and for the fact that you’re making me loose money because you are holding up my phone lines and I can’t take orders. So I need help. And I know that you guys suggested DOC Compton dot Compton if you have any suggestions and can tell me what to do, please tell me what to do. I am at a loss and I really want to get this taken care of. I really need this to stop.
This. I have just a, it’s a small business. Every single order or phone call that comes to my store is important. It is important. And I know people are saying, well, it’s maybe a past customer, a past employee that’s mad. It’s not. It’s somebody on TikTok that found my life and then schooled my business and now is targeted master.
So please, if you have any suggestions, storm out, guys. I don’t know. I’ve got the police involved now. I will be calling my phone company on Monday. Again, I switched from company so this phone company may tell me something different. I don’t know. We’ll see. But we’ve, I’ve got to get it figured out. It is driving not only me insane, but all of my customers and my employees. You imagine my customers that were coming in yesterday and we’re waiting on them and the phone was ringing the entire time they were in there trying to get their stuff.
You know, my lives, I’m not gonna stop doing lives. I don’t think that it’s fair that I’m being, feel like I’m being forced to stop doing lives because somebody has decided to be a bully. And you know, not only that, you know they’re doing it to other people. If they’re doing it to me, you know they’re doing it to other people. And we have got to stand up. If you are a creator and you are having the same issue, let’s stand up together and figure out who these people are that are doing this because it’s ridiculous. There has to be, you know, there’s a way that somebody can find out who’s doing this. You know, there’s a way. It’s whether or not somebody wants to take the time out of their day to help you figure that out. I mean, it can be figured out. So suggestions and changing my phone number is not an option. Not doing lives is not an option. The only option, the only thing is finding out who this is, impressing charges. That’s my No. 1 goal right now. And usually when I have a goal in mind, I figure it out. So we’re gonna figure it out. And I know you watch my lives, miss whoever it is that’s decided to call me the C word like it’s the only word they ever know. I will figure out who you are and I will be pressing charges, multiple charges. So I suggest you stop.
