Embracing Change: Elevating Yourself for a New Season

See, the problem is sometimes you won’t move because you like the comfort of where you’re at. Your hair still looks like it looks in 1980. You don’t take care of yourself. And this new season where you’re going is gonna require different. You, I think, gotta elevated cuz now I gotta work as hard. Now I just walk into different rooms that honor me differently. Isn’t that crazy? But it’s because I was available to get into stepping mode. This same thing with my staff. I tell him all the time, I’m not a micro manager, but if you can’t grow with me, you can’t stay. You gotta know how to read the room. What does that mean? Reading the room for yourself? Because when you are elevating where God puts you, all of y’all are elevating together. But the problem is we won’t let go of some people that we’ve outgrown. And God can’t take you because he’s like, no, this movement is for you, not for them. And I can’t take you there because once they get there, they come able to handle it, they’re gonna cause a mess. Cuz I can’t handle your annoying. Hey.
