In My Hydration Era: Tips for Improving Skin, Mood, and Energy Levels with Water

Mood, my skin and my energy levels all improved when I start drinking more water. You could say I’ve been in my hydration era. It’s one of the easiest ways to improve your life, in my opinion. So I’ve got a couple tips. The most obvious is having a good water bottle. I always look for something that I can take anywhere and everywhere. My favorite ones are from Zach. For whatever reason, I always gravitate towards something that has a handle. But my favorite part is actually the lid. It’s a 2 in 1. So you can sip or chug. But the best part is when you’re done drinking, it’s completely leak proof. They’re really easy to clean and they’re insulated. So it keeps your water nice and cold. I ate for at least half a gallon of water every single day. And my other big tip is electrolyte. This will help you get hydrated on a cellular level.
