Postpartum Transformation: Realistic Full Day of Nourishing Meals and Supplements

Realistic full day of eating to go from this to this 10 months after having my third baby. This has been my go to breakfast lately is chicken, sausage, eggs, sweet potatoes and lentils. I had a side of bacon. Normally I don’t do pork bacon, but we had some leftover from some guests, so I’m just finishing it up. We don’t waste food over here.

Here’s the finished creation. This is packed with 55 grams of protein. Y’all know in the morning I gotta have my greens. I make these every single morning for bloating and digestion. This is the new Strawberry Lime Mohido flavor from 1UP nutrition. I have been mixing a scoop of the greens with a scoop of magnesium, which is really good for anxiety, recovery and mood. Then I gotta take my morning vitamins. Of course, I’ve been taking neutral fall postpartum, and I’ve noticed massive hair growth. I’ve been taking it for about 6 months now. I also have my Omega 3 and my gut health from 1 up nutrition as well as a vitamin D3.

For lunch, I am having just meats, Hawaiian chicken teriyaki with sauce and then I’m mixing it with one of these cooked white sticky rice from Costco. Of course, I had to have an energy drink on the side. This was after my workout. After the gym, you can use my code PRESP50 for 50% off. Just meet subs description. And then I added some organic whole green beans. A lot of times I like to make my lunch ahead, but this was super easy and a quick meal. Here’s the finished dish and it was delicious. Sometimes I have a hard time getting carbs in, so I had some pomegranate juice followed by a side of grapes for my afternoon snack.

Then we went out to dinner. I was breastfeeding the baby, but I ordered grilled chicken in a side salad. It was supposed to come with rice and beans, but the restaurant messed up and it was gonna take too long. So I guess we were going low carb tonight. Hope you guys enjoy this full day of eating.
