Breakfast for Dinner: Eggs, Bacon, and Pancakes Made Easy

Nasty outside. I’d already planned breakfast for dinner. Let’s get it. You know, I always cook my eggs to order. Which one of these would you choose? The first order is 2 eggs scrambled. Second order is 1 egg, white, only fried. The next one is 2 eggs, yolk broken, fried well. And the last one is three eggs over.

Easy. The easiest way to do bacon inside is to do it on a four lined pan in the oven. So I already preheated the oven to 400 degrees. I’m just gonna take my Scissors and cut this pan back in half cuz we’re only in half of the pack tonight. And then I just lay the bacon out and a single layer on the pan. If you cut your bacon right down the middle like that, it’s easy to take the sleeve, put it right over the other side, and you can throw it right back in the refrigerator like this slide that taken into the oven. Keep an eye on it.

It takes 10 to 15 minutes to get nice and crispy. Bacon is ready to come out. Super easy, no mess. So once you got all the bacon off, all that grease is trapped in the foil. It can go straight in the trash and you don’t even have to wash the pan.

Pancakes I’m gonna do in a cast iron pan. Put a little butter in. Once the bubble start to pop, it’s time to flip. Oh, that looks perfect to me. Let’s eat, y’all.
