Let’s make some butter noodles. And I make my butter noodles in a very specific way. And I’m gonna show you. First up, my butter noodles have to be made in this janky ass little pot. It’s a pasta pot, like a mini one. Like it’s really small and you’ll see why. Okay, pasta is almost done. So I’m gonna take out some pasta water. This is a very synchronous, sacrilegious, no, this is a very spiritual journey. So we’re gonna shake this instead of stirring it. So we don’t pick the pasta. But it’s two types of pasta. Cuz I didn’t have enough for one process, so I did pen a and then I also did this little rigatoni. We’re gonna put a lot of butter in like four tablespoons. Okay, now on top of that, we’re gonna put a tiny little bit of pasta water and we might have to add more. And here’s where the pot comes at. Let on and we’re just gonna shake. Okay, once the butter is melted, we’re gonna add a ton of Parmesan cheese that I like grated myself out of the block. Like I put the block in the blender, you know, cuz I wanna greet it, I don’t wanna like shredded and then we’re gonna shake it again. Okay, it’s done. I should get for like a minute it’s gets really sassy and buttery and cheesy. Can you tell like, do you see the butter and the cheese and the. Yeah, and then I like to top it with more parm. Okay, can you see how saucy is like the everything combines and it makes like this was, it’s almost giving like ketchu Pepe vibes, but like it’s like not. It’s insane.
