Infinity Hoop Challenge: 30 Days to a Healthier You

I am so excited. Let me get this set up. Today is Day 1 of my Infinity Hoop Challenge. So if you’re new here, this is about my fourth full challenge that I’ll be doing. It starts today, July 1st, and it’s gonna end at the end of the month. I’m gonna be using my Infinity Hoop for 30 minutes a day for 30 days. Using the Infinity Hoop for 30 minutes is the equivalent of a two mile run. And I don’t know about y’all, but I’m not ready to go outside in the middle of the summer, July 1st, and taking a run, although it is in my bucket list to do a 5K, we’ll see if that happens this year or if it’s in the spring of next year. I don’t know. I’m not ready for that today.

This month for this challenge, I’m gonna be doing something a little bit differently. I’m also going to be using my new etech city scale so I can check on different types of progress throughout the whole month because I wanna see how much my body changes during this new challenge. So I will either be showing you kind of like a workout video that day or what’s been going on with my body. And no, it’s not an attempt to weigh myself every day. It’s, I wanna see if using this for 30 minutes a day is actually helping other parts of my body other than just the weight loss.
