Hoop Fitness Journey: Transforming Energy, Posture, and Focus at Home

Girls, let’s work out together. Okay, so I’m gonna be using my Infinity Hoop again. I’ve been using this for a couple days now. And here’s a couple updates. I feel like I’ve noticed an overall increase in energy. Notice my back pain has gone down for some reason, but also notice that it’s helped my posture. Affinity hoop is so great.

If you’re intimidated by the gym, you prefer to work out in your own home at this point, I was so tired. You can just see how tired I am. Can go at your own pace. So it’s definitely okay if you need to take some breaks. I really like is that it keeps me focused and I have to concentrate and keep my mind busy. I don’t like about treadmills as I feel like I get bored very fast. Also does not take long to start sweating. I start sweating after about 5 minutes.
