11 tips to make a calorie deficit way easier. No. 1, get outside and walk more. It’s such an easy way to burn extra calories. No. 2, start snacking on raspberries, strawberries or watermelon. They are so low in calories and you can eat so much of them to fill yourself up. No. 3, try to stick to zero calorie liquids. Those calories that you’re drinking add up so quick.
No.5, have one big ass salad per day because it’ll help fill you up for not that many calories. No. 6, try to get at least 15 to 20 grams of fiber per day. My favorite high fiber foods are in the comments below.
No. 7, try to get at least 30 grams of protein by 10:00am. No. 8, I know you don’t want to, but you gotta cut back on how much alcohol you’re drinking. No. 9, have a high protein snack around 2 to four PM before dinner. This way you don’t go into dinner starving. No. 10, opt for low calorie or zero calorie dressings and condiments.
