Exploring Miami’s Best Sushi: A Culinary Adventure in Wynwood

Some may ask what’s in my hand? And I will answer. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had in my entire life and is here in Miami, Florida. And no, we’re not doing another food tour. We only out here for a few days and this is the one thing that was on my mind since we got here. So I wanna see, in my opinion, is it still some of the best Susie I’ve ever had? I got it. Let’s try it. Ready? Once again, we spent $162 because of service, in my opinion is amazing.

Every time I came here. When I say every time, the last time is in Miami doing a full tour. I came here like four times. And the only reason I limited, the only reason I didn’t say that about it, I was gatekeeper. I was, but I was under depression last time that it was in a ghost kitchen as a location I went to was a ghost kitchen and it was behind. What’s that more you like it? The ghost kitchen I went to was behind, kind of into our mall. So I thought it was a real small, intimate space. Come to find out today, that’s the third location. But the location we are right now is Wenwood. Somebody who got a shelfish allergy, I love this because a lot of times I can only have salmon, tuna, and essay for real. This has so many different options. That’s shellfish free. See, they put on that shellfish free. The thing that makes this experience is that every fish that’s in this box is labeled and it tells you when and how to eat it. Come with chopsticks. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,14,15 seconds, 21 different pieces.

Of fish. I turn the camera so you can see it’s also full experience. You start from this side. So you start with the greens first, which are these. Then you move on to the sashimi, which is this, and eating nigiri, which is all of these fishes. And then you move on to the rose at any time. You eat them after you eat them, before you eat them, Dorn, however you want to.

And it comes to three different sources. I’m a father of the box, like I said, starry grains. This is the open palette. I’m not sure what kind of grains these are. I think this is a seaweed salad. This is just to get the mouth ready. Oh, that’s gonna be, that sound crazy. I think this is specifically just to get your palate ready so you can actually taste each different fish. It’s just like a seaweed salad. 6 out of 10. This is the sauce I like to use. It come with three different sauces. I get my hair. This is salmon sashimi. It’s just fresh milk and I believe it’s onions from, I’m saying like a sweet onion. It’s just buttery. For me, I have a texture problem so I can’t really eat things that are super mushy. But it’s so fresh that it’s like a snappy, firm kind of fish. And a sweet onion really helps me. You can hear me like crushing the sweet onion.

8.5 out of 10 in my opinion. I’m supposed to be taste and I’m really about to sit here eat all in nigiri. I’m gonna just go one by one and just show you all that I want that’s in here. That is one by Japanese C beam bronzino, which is a European sea bass. Let’s see if you can guess which one is my favorite. And I would say that the sea pass bingo, which is ABBA cortuna. Now we move on to the rich flavors and textures. This is a doorade, which is a European sea brain, night and day. Hamachi or yellow tail or Amber Jack. I got three different names. There she go. Oh yeah, Kanbanji or great amberjack.

Mystery 1. I have no idea what this is, otero or fatty blue fan tuna belly. We moved into the stronger flavor pieces and this is super strong. The second category is more rich. This is just strong. It’s not super fishy, but it’s somewhere in the form, taste like protein almost. Hey, strong. That’s my least because I have a show allergy. I think they doubled up on an Amber Jack in real time. It took me maybe like five minutes to eat all of that. Would you say? I would say probably. Listen, that when I tell you all at olds are past an eye for me, especially the yellow tail, in my opinion is at 9.6 out of 10. I think this is toner measure. The tuner Rice and Seaweed, 8.5 out of 10.

Overall, is this still one of my favorite places I’ve ever had sushi at? Absolutely. It’s not even within question. This is one of my favorite things. And every time I come to Miami, I’m going straight here as always.
