Embarking on My Pilates Journey: Finding Joy in Movement and Connection with Move with Nicole

My goal is to start posting more. And I realize that I’ll go to do something and either I’m just not interested in filming myself while I’m doing it because it does take effort and it does take time. But I also know that I really love creating content and I love connecting with other people, people who are like minded. And so here is me five minutes before I do a Pilates routine. I’m probably gonna pick one on YouTube. That is a move with Nicole. I’ve been really liking her videos. And so, yes, so here’s me five minutes before I start my routine. Okay, so when you’re ready, when you get started, forget to video with my friend. And okay, okay. And then that’s me finish with my 30 minute move with Nicole Pilates routine. And I’ve done a few of hers before and man, I really just miss Pilates and I’m so glad that there’s an option to for free on YouTube. So this is what it looks like here. And just move with Nicole and then just pick from any of our playlists. And I highly recommend it. It’s been such a good thing for me to be moving my body and I just wanna encourage you to also move your body and do it in ways that you enjoy.
