A Journey to Apostille: Navigating the Federal Level Process and Notary Business Expansion

This is a real life apostole. It is fresh, hot off the press. I just went to go pick it up at the secretary of state’s office. This is a APA still on a marriage certificate. This is a very unique order. It is unique because this is actually going to be sent off to be oppo steeled at the federal level by the US Department of state. They’re gonna apply a Federal Opus deal to this and then mail it back to me for the client to take it to Thailand.

This order is gonna require me to print out a US Department state app application and also a label because they are going to be mailing back the APA Steel to me and then I’m gonna deliver it to the client.

So here’s the thing, as a remote online notary, I don’t really use my printer very often. So my printer is actually located inside my closet. Like literally it’s right here, shoved in the corner. Welcome to my closet.

Okay, so I have this plugged into my laptop and I’m just gonna print out this US Department of state application and also the shipping label as well. Printer is a little stinky. It smells like burnt toast or something. All right, everything is printed out. So first is gonna be the federal, US Department state application, then the Opus Steel, then the shipping label. And what I’m gonna do is package this up, place another shipping label on top of that package, and go and drop it off right now at FedEx.

I think the wait time on this is something like from four to 12 weeks. It’s pretty crazy. Takes a while for that to get done at the federal level. If you are interested in learning how to do op hostels, how to add this service to your notary business, I do have a training coming up on August 1st. It’s gonna be super fun. I’m super excited about it. And yeah, it’s located in my stand store if you wanna sign up. But other than that, I gotta get this to FedEx. I’ll see you later. Bye.
