Hey friends, I gotta show what to do today, so I’m gonna take y’all with me. They should have played with the game, play with the game. It’s like every time I gotta showing that I wanna take y’all with me too.
Is rainy. This is the first house that I had a shown for today. This house is located over by Kirby High School. I love the kitchen and that it has an island in the floor. Appliances do come with the hum as well. This is, the master has a really nice flooring throughout. The master bathroom was really nice. It had like that walk up tub, which I thought was really cool. A lot of lighting in this house. So that’s really good if you want to be a country creator or something like that.
This is a three bedroom. Too bad. So this is one of the other rooms. And then the other one is right beside that one. They’re pretty good size. The other bathroom is located in the hall right here. And yeah, it’s pretty nice. Also have peanut. Interesting.
Okay, I have another property that I want to go by just to make sure that it is as it should be. And it’s an Alabama, so I’m gonna take out with me. But first, let’s stop at scooters. From scooters, I typically get the peanut butter cup. It is really good.
This house is located in our branch, Mississippi. This house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom. It has a been standing back yard. And once again, the appliances do come with the property. We just like to install them once we have a sign lead these for certain properties.
This house has a split floor plan, so there is 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on one side of the house. And then on the other side of the house, there is the map master. This is the master bedroom. It is pretty good size. The ceilings are kind of high as well. This home has a really nice bathroom. Y’all and I really love houses that have a Jacuzzi and a shower option because sometimes you want to take a bath and sometimes you want to take a shower hour.
The fourth bedroom in this house is upstairs. It’s the only bedroom that is upstairs. And this bedroom was really big. As you can see, us all took our garage as well, since I’m already in Mississippi, I decided to swing by my other property that we have. This is literally my favorite property. I don’t even understand why I still on the market. This house is located in South Haven, Mississippi. I forget where. I love this property yard. It is so pretty to me. Like if I wanted to live in Mississippi, I probably would get this house because y’all know I’m looking for a house myself. But unfortunately, I don’t wanna live in Mississippi. I wanna remain in Tennessee.
But this house is really nice. This is, the master is a really good size. The bathroom was really nice. Got that Jacuzzi and the shower option, again with double sinks. That was an extra bathroom down there. You head upstairs, there’s another bathroom as well, Sephora bathroom. And you got one bedroom here, you got another bedroom here, and you got another bedroom here. So yeah, really nice property and a really nice neighborhood, really good size, great school district and there’s a small little park in the community as well.
