Nourishing Food Choices for Weight Loss and PCOS Remission

Here’s everything I eat in a day to maintain my 60 pound weight loss and keep my PCOS in remission. I started my day with bone broth and a coffee with raw milk. Same , different day. For my first meal of the day, I had fried eggs cooked in tons of butter, of course, and then I had a carnival bar with it with even more butter on the side. Look at these ingredients. Later, I tried making an egg pudding for the first time and it came out okay. The only thing throwing me off was the texture because it wasn’t like putting, it was more like a cooked egg, which I think was my mistake of keeping the egg whites. But the flavor was good. But next time I’ll remove the egg whites. And then for dinner, I just had sunny side up eggs. I had some thinly sliced New York strip sticks that I just cooked in ghee, and then I also have melted butter on the side for dipping.
