Embracing Grace: Understanding, Empathy, and Love in the Face of Adversity

Have so much Grace when people hurt me. I have so much Grace when people make mistakes, only because I understand what it is like to experience different types of oppression. I just, because I might dress well now, just because I might speak well does not mean that I was given every opportunity that I needed as a child to be where I’m at today. By the Grace of god, I was given enough opportunity to be able to have the knowledge now to be able to speak out for myself when I need to. People are suffering things that we will never be able to fully understand. And that is why it is so important to have Grace for one another, to be kind to one another, to love one another even when it’s difficult, because it could be your Grace, it could be your love, and it could be your kindness that helps contribute to this person’s development, nurture and overall growth. So yeah, shout out to everybody who had my back when I needed it and sending love to those of you that don’t necessarily have that love around you. Amahi.
