I love horror films. And here’s 8 horror films you can watch now on to be for free. First up, we have Black Christmas. So Black Christmas is a classic slasher. I would say my favorite slasher in all history. I love a creepy phone call in horror films. And this movie did it or does it better than any other movie that I think has come since. It’s about a sausage. It’s about a sorority house that is being tormented by a evil person, shall we say. Next up, we have butterfly kisses.
This is, in my opinion, one of the most underrated found footage horror movies that exists. Hardly anybody talks about it. And it is right creepy. Don’t let anybody tell you that this is a slow paced horror movie. I mean, it is a slow paced horror movie, but it’s a good slow paced horror movie. And it’s things that you will miss when you watch this the first time round. This is a truly scary film.
Next we have house of the Devil. So we all know tie west from Xpel Maxine, but Thai West released this film back in 2009. And I prefer bear this to any of the Maxine Trilogy films. I know, right? Sacrilege. It’s about a college student who has got a babysitting job for this really creepy family. I’m not gonna ruin it for you, but I think you should go into it blind. I went into this blind. I didn’t watch it for years because I didn’t like the title. But shame on me because this is a good film. So this next film isn’t necessarily a horror film. I would say it’s a psychological thriller, but it is pretty disturbing, and that is Lords of chaos. If you are a fan of death metal music, then you will love this film. It’s based on a true story. If you don’t know anything about this film, go in blind. If you know everything about this film, just watch it. It’s great. If you like the band, you will enjoy this. It’s very messed up and it’s got Mccauley Colkin’s brother in it, which is a bit weird. But it’s a good film. I really enjoy this film. This next film is a cult classic that everybody should watch at least once in their life. And that movie is house from 1986, but it’s old. I don’t like old horror films. Grow up. It’s about a horror novelist who inherits a haunted mansion. That’s all I’m gonna give you. Go watch. This film is great.
Next up, we have probably my favorite film within this trilogy of films, and that’s 2000 Fives, the Devil’s rejects. It’s brilliant. This movie follows on from house of 1,000 Corpses. It’s directed by Rob Zombie, inspired by old horror films like Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It’s brutal, it’s unrelenting. It’s a fantastic horror film.
Next up, we have a very underrated found footage horror movie. And that found footage horror movie is the tunnel. This is an Australian horror. If you know me, I love me some Australian horror. As you can see, it’s about a team of reporters and they go down into the abandoned subways underneath Sydney. But they are not alone. And finally, I have another fan footage horror movie for you, and that is The taking of Deborah Logan. So this movie, I always say didn’t have any right being as good as it is because it was a response to all of the independent found footage horror movies that were coming out at the time. But it is actually a good film. It’s about these college students who go and film this lady who has alzheimer’s or dementia, and they quickly realize that maybe it’s not the alzheimer’s that’s making her so creepy. So yeah, that’s my list of recommendations for to be. There’s not actually a lot of horror movies on there at the moment. And I’m hoping that they’re gonna be putting a lot more on there. So if more people go and check TV out, maybe they’ll love their game. Yeah. See you like a bike.
