Mr Tado: A Journey Through Time and Cheesy Crisps

Today, we’re looking back at the storied history of one of Ireland’s greatest living icons, Mr Tado. This Chris connoisseur has seen plenty of change over the last 70 years of Tados history. This is knowing your roots.

Now, Mr Taydo, I brought you back to where it all began, the humble spudfield. This is where you first appeared. I next brought Mr Taylor on a trip down memory lane. And we’re better to do that than the library. Thanks for coming, Mr Taylor. Check this out. It says here, Taylor was set up by Joe Spud Murphy in 1954, at a time when we used to import most records from the UK, he, of course, invented the famous cheese and onion flavored crisp. Can you imagine how bizarre that combo must have sounded before Tado came along. I could tell him really moving in now. Whoa, hang on. I’m not sure I can show you this. Mister Title. That’s when we discovered something shocking. Could it really be? Could Mr Taylor be an impostor? Keep your eyes peeled to Joe next week for this shocking revelation in the next episode of Knowing Your Roots.
