Exploring Dietary Diversity: A Journey with Simple Mills and Environmental Mission

Down the road, where would you like it to go with simple Mills and this sort of environmental component of your mission now?

So we think about it in really two primary different ways. One of the ways we realized has always been a part of our heritage, which is driving dietary diversity. So when I started this company, I really looked around and said, wow, we’re just eating a lot of wheat and corn and rice. Why don’t we make it, make our food out of things that are more nutritious and also, but more diverse. At this point, over half of global calories come from those three crops apps, which is crazy.
