Exploring Creativity in Nature: A Review of the Wild Things Play Pop Up at Saxon Barn in King Stanley

Come with us to the Wild things play pop up at the Saxon Barn in King Stanley. This is the second of their pop UPS that we’ve been to and they’ve both been so lovely and the kids have really enjoyed them.

This week the crafts were sycamore dragonflies and pressed flower sun catches. The cost was just £3 per child to do both crafts. And what’s an absolute bonus is that you can go and grab a coffee and leave your kiddos there to do the crafts with help of the lovely leaders.

Here’s the lovely Liz who runs the Wild Things. And here’s an array of loveliness of all the bits and pieces that the kids have got to help and make things. These really are such lovely and affordable pop UPS and just such a nice thing to do as a family on the weekend we can sip a coffee or today we’re on cooler drinks cuz it was so warm and the kids get to have fun and also bring something really nice home.

This was Harper’s sun catcher. Isn’t it beautiful? She stuffed it so full it was barely gonna close. And then here’s kits 1, which is also really sweet and lovely, a green ribbon, his favorite color. And then here is half as dragonfly. She said it’s actually a dragon, not a dragonfly. And here’s kids Dragonfly. I may have helped. He did direct me, though, so had full creative control.
