Olympic Disrespect: The Controversy and Criticism of a Questionable Performance

Whoa, now what’s happening with y’all? Like, the chick is out. Mm-mm, here we go again. If it ain’t one thing, it’s another. Somebody come get your mama. Somebody come get your daughter. This lady had, she had no business on that stage. The disrespect that the Olympics pulled this year. From y’all opening ceremony to where we at now, this lady shouldn’t have never got a ticket, an invite. She shouldn’t have never touched the stage or none of that. That was a spit into a lot of people who take breaking serious. It’s some folks that’s been putting blood, sweat, and tears in this. It’s some folks that’s been doing this for like 15, 20 years that really get out there and compete. And this is what y’all put out there on the stage? The disrespect, man. The disrespect. You know what I’m saying? This is not good, man. And then y’all try to put like a little fairytale moment on it. Oh, she’s 30-some years old and this is something that she wanted to do. Who gives a damn? There’s some people out there that do this. I know some folks who ride in the corner that could’ve got out there. You know what I’m saying? And did it. Hell, I could’ve hit you with some shit. You know what I’m saying? And went up there and competed if that’s all it take. What Olympics? Y’all been messing up, I’m telling you. Y’all been messing up. You know, now I guess it’s a thing because somebody finally told her, you know what I’m saying? She done went viral and shit. And me personally, if y’all was truly this woman friend and y’all been watching her compete anywhere else other than the Olympics, y’all should’ve been good friends and pulled up to the side. I’m like, hey, you ain’t got it. You don’t got it. You know what I’m saying? This woman sliding all on the floor, doing the bunny hop, doing the kangaroo, tripping over them big old ass sketches on her feet. What is she doing? What is that? Is that a karate move or is that the kangaroo? I don’t know. You know what I’m saying? I’ve been trying to figure it out myself, but I can tell you this. It’s a lot of people, man, heartbroken and tears right now because they could have had that opportunity, man. And they get out there on that stage with the best. That’s why they pull the best of the best and they put them in the Olympics on the world stage so they can show you what they can do. And this is the best y’all can do. Lord have mercy, man. Y’all like they’re snatching medals and shit from everybody else, but you allow this shit right here to come on the stage, man. She 30, oh, she 30 something years old and this was a lifelong dream of some, so who cares? Go do that at the YMCA. Somewhere else. But in the Olympics, they ain’t supposed to go, man. Hey, let me get up off this tank. It is upsetting me. Y’all step out there and get it out the mud.
