YouTube has been such a big part of my life and while this isn’t my typical content I really want to honor the memory of Susan former YouTube CEO for me What really stood out from Susan was just how she made you feel. Did you feel seen heard? She was very present and humble and I casually bumped into her at the YouTube headquarters This was prior to me even being formally introduced and she took her time to just show me around I was a stranger. I just bumped into her and she was interested and she asked me questions about me I remember thinking if I were to ever lead a business I would love to have that care of heart because she had that for everyone and that is such an important trait as a woman I really admired her. She’s definitely the type of CEO that I would want to be one day. So I’m so grateful for you, Susan
