Let me yap, let me yap, okay? So I just realized that there’s two types of people when listening to music. I listen to the beat and the melody and a couple other people might listen to the lyrics. Like my favorite song is Pumped Up Kicks but you know, I know it’s about a shooting but I love how it sounds so that’s my favorite song. I don’t really listen to the lyrics, I listen to the beat. I think a lot of EDM people really like beats obviously but I feel emotions when I hear things like in the music. I hear the emotions through the sound of the music. I don’t really listen to the lyrics. What do you listen to? I usually listen to both. Okay yeah, both is fine but for me, the beat over the lyrics.
