Day Six of the 75 Hard Challenge: Gym Workouts, Healthy Meals, and Sunset Walks

Today is day six of the 75 heart challenge. Let’s get it. First stop of the day. I’m going straight to the gym. About to hit some chest. As soon as I get to the gym, I usually hop on the hydro bed, started off my workout with some light dumbbell presses, just getting a bunch of reps in, did a bunch of other stuff, finished it off with this little app machine Johnson two o’clock. We got the gym out the way. It’s supposed to be 45 minutes, but honestly I feel pretty good today. So I stayed a little longer. About to go home, eat a little song. As per usual, we got some hard boiled eggs, a piece of bread with strawberry and honey goat cheese. After that, I did a little bit of food shopping to catch up for the week. My next meal was some grilled chicken, asparagus and creamer potatoes. And then after that, took my dog on a nice, like 45 minute walk, ended up being a little longer. It was a nice night out. Here was the sunset coming home. Figured I’d share it with you guys. Got a lot of cool colors and then I can’t lie. Once I got home, I definitely ended the night with some Fortnite and I kind of got waxed.
