Protein-Packed Breakfast Skillet with Chicken Sausage and Potatoes

Alright now let’s make my breakfast. Tyler already used this pan to make Cohen’s egg so I’m just going to reuse it and I sprayed some of my spray in here. This is the spray. So I have half of a medium yellow potato for 50 cows. For seasoning I’m going to use a little bit of this rib tickler because it tastes really good. Okay so I’m going to warm up three of these fully cooked chicken sausages. They are 90 calories for three with 10 grams of protein. I’m going to add up three of these peppers just to get a little bit of veggie in and we’re going to throw it in with the potatoes. And then I’m going to have two eggs mixed in with it. We’re kind of making like a little scramble. Okay. Three links of chicken sausage going in. Okay so over my scramble I’m just going to pour in my eggs and let it cook all up. And then I topped it with this cabbage cheese. 70 calories for one fourth cup and 8 grams of protein. This is 380 calories and 32 grams of protein.
