I did a thing. I didn’t know I was gonna do it, but here we are and I thought I should talk about it. Last week I was talking to one of my friends about my weight loss goals and she mentioned Noom. And it occurred to me that two of my best friends have used Noom and been very successful and they actually loved it. I’ve been resistant because, well, one, I don’t wanna count calories and two, I’ve got some disordered eating in my past and I didn’t want that to be triggered. But I took a look at the program anyway and I went ahead and signed up. And you know what? I’m loving it.
