I have to tell you about the comedy show I saw tonight. I’m in Vegas and I went to see Carlos Mancia at Hera’s, stars of comedy, and it was so fucking funny. So fucking funny. I’ve never seen him before. I knew who he was, I knew his name. I also don’t see a lot of comedy, like full disclosure, which I really should. I live in Austin, Texas. We have a decent comedy scene, Joe Rogan’s Club, at Cap City, things come to the paramount. I saw Chappelle last year, but I mean, that’s like a huge name, so of course I saw Chappelle. Anyway, I really needed to laugh and man, did I get it. Like nothing is off limits with this dude, which is what makes it such a good show. I like laughed so much, I cried, like makeup gone, to the point where when I went afterwards to take a photo with him and I like had to put on like under eye lightener, cause I was like, oh my God, I literally have no makeup on. Everything about the show was funny to me. And again, I fucking needed that. And the opener was also funny, this guy named Gabe Lopez. He’s from here in Vegas, but he’s going on tour with him on some of the dates at least. I don’t know, maybe all of the dates, maybe he’ll comment and tell us. But they both told me they were coming to Austin and I can’t find that on a schedule. Is it not announced yet? Is it top secret? I see Dallas, I see San Antonio, I see El Paso. If you’re in those Texas cities, go see these funny motherfuckers, okay? Unless you’re easily offended, then maybe pass on this one. Anyway, thank you guys for a fabulous night, a bunch of belly laughs that I really needed, a good cry that I really needed. I really do hope you’re coming to Austin because I want to see you again. Or maybe I’ll just come back to Vegas. I mean, I do love to give my money away.
