The Irony of Job Advice: An Unemployed Perspective

Giving work advice as an unemployed person is great because you very quickly see why you don’t have a full-time job. Like one of my friends was complaining about his corporate job and how he had to work over the weekend. And every solution I gave him was just some form of him quitting. To the point where he went, dude, if you just quit any job that didn’t work perfectly for you. And I stopped for a second and was like, yeah, man. But you know, God opens a window, he closes the door. And he just looks at me and he goes, that’s not the same. Also, aren’t you atheist?
