Potential Title: The Battle for Workers’ Rights: Unpacking the Threats of Project 2025 and Alleged Ties to American Labor Policy

If Project 2025 happens, they will try to take away your labor rights. Both Trump and JD Vans have claimed they’re for American labor and pro worker, but yet they’re alleged ties to the 920 page document claims otherwise. If you’re anybody who’s employed in the US, let me just list off a couple anti worker proposals. Bans unions for public service workers, lets companies stop paying overtime and allowing states to opt out of federal overtime and minimum wage loss, eliminates child labor protections, and so much more. Even during his term as president, he was a disaster for workers in unions, because he rendered the National Labor Relations Board, which protects workers rights, practically ineffective. The effects of his presidency are still affecting labor laws to this day. Just recently, Trump’s three appointed justice in the Supreme Court ruled in favor of Starbucks versus the NLRB after workers were wrongfully terminated after starting a union. So if elected back in office, you can expect things to get worse. And at the end of the day, can you guess who will still benefit? The rich.
