Controversy in Education: Teaching the Bible in American Public Schools

In the US, they don’t teach gringos what a kilometer is or that America is more than just the United States. But you know what they do teach children? The Bible, well, at least in Oklahoma. Oklahoma’s superintendent, Ryan Walters, has demanded that all Oklahoma public schools teach the Bible. This decision by Walters, which includes teaching the 10 Commandments across the state, comes after Louisiana ruling that all schools have until January 1st, 2025, to display the 10 Commandments in every classroom. Cause you know, everyone is a Christian. The US could focus on so many things, like providing free lunches to every student, paying their teachers fairly, or removing police officers from hallways. Nah, but instead they’re teaching, thou shall not kill, as if that’s not common fucking sense. Anyway, let me know what you guys think about this in the comments.
