Title: Reflections of Love and Loss: A Poetic Journey of Holding Onto the Light

Would you hold the candle longer? If I burn it to the ground If I burn, do I make a sound? If I hit you from the south Would it almost shut your mouth? Go hear who at the crown Your head is heavy now Hear your light as a ghost In my mind you weigh the most In the kiss, in the call You’ll be there to pick it up I can see your head in the crowd Like the sun through the clouds You’re always turning me inside out But I fall through the cracks in the glass When you’re moving too fast And the time will turn inside out The moral isn’t lost on me I know I’ll never see the light
