Introducing the Black Ops 6 Gunsmith: An In-Depth Overview and Exciting Features

Here’s an early first look at the Black Ops 6 Gunsmith and everything that you need to know about it. There’s gonna be 9 different attachment slots available which include the optic, the muzzle, barrel, underbarrel, mag, rear grip, stock, laser, and a fire mod. Although there’s all these different attachment slots available, you’re only able to put up to 5 different attachments unless you have the Gunfighter Wildcard which will allow up to 3 additional attachments making the total 8. Comparing weapons as well as the detailed weapon stats is also gonna be available in the Black Ops 6 Gunsmith so that way you know exactly what you’re creating. You also don’t have to worry about weapon tuning, they left that back in MW2. There’s also a new feature which has a metal on the top right side of the weapon which showcases how many total eliminations you have with it. Also all the attachments that you put on the weapon are not gonna impact the rest of your loadout so this is not the pick 10 system, they’re doing it more like the more recent Call of Duty titles. According to leaks, there’s also a Mastercraft Gunsmith meaning that if you have a Mastercraft weapon blueprint and you put on any attachments, it’s not gonna change the way that the Mastercraft will look and it will keep the same exact look that it originally had.
