The incident beginning around 2.30 on July 10th when deputies were alerted to a car jacked vehicle out of East LA. The suspect, 19-year-old Luis Flores, leading deputies on a chase along the 710 freeway throughout the Cal State University LA campus and eventually through downtown. After 20 minutes, the dramatic ending when the suspect drove onto a sidewalk. He’s crashing into a light pole, trying to put it in reverse. He’s reversing into the black and white.
