So dads are giving up on the system and not giving up on their children. The reason I’ve told this story from Chapter 1 is because I was so disgusted in the system. It’s the system that’s broken dads, thousands and thousands of dads are stuck in a system. And what people don’t understand, people that have never been through the system, is if your child is taken, as in my case, overnight, you are then expected to be a solicitor. Because if you haven’t got a silister or you can’t afford a silister or you’re too broken months after your son is taking, cuz you’ve lost your house, your job, your soul is destroyed. Like in my case, the system has no care. They will overwhelm you with paperwork. And you are expected then fight against the system, which is not only gonna adjourn case after case, you’re gonna be so broken mentally that when you turn up a court, all my chapters explain that you’re not a solicitor, you’re a dad.
Look at what happened to me. Drive all the way. I was to call for my hearing and I’m giving a non molestation order because I filed some paperwork at daylight 13 days before that court case. I filled my paperwork. It should have been 14 days. Yeah, they put a 6 month non molestation order on me because of that C chat to 2. If anyone’s watching this for the first time and they’re thinking why didn’t you get solicita? Why didn’t you do this? Why didn’t do that?
All of my chapters explain every question you’re thinking. If you’ve never been in the system, you have no idea how sick it is. I tell this story cuz I want to expose the system. The system is hidden behind closed doors. There are thousands of dads, brilliant dads, that the second their child is taken, they will be minimum three years, as I’ve said in a previous chapter, and they’re expected to be solicitors and barristers and they’re expected to turn up at court every time.
Now, if you also understand, in my case, I’m given a non molestation order because I found saying a daylight. Yet since that case, all the other cases in my final court case, the mother and hers filed one day before every court case, as many thousand dads mention and no one does a thing.
The system is broken. I’ve got a dad, just message me a day four times. This is a wonderful dad. He said, you see one application for me four times. Is that it returned because he put something in the wrong place or the dots in the wrong place. The system, the family court system shouldn’t be like this. Another dad, run me. Send me a letter last week that he sent to the court after four years of trying. His mentally, his mentality is so low. He’s had to make a decision to walk away from the system, not his child, but by walking away from the system, he also knows his, he’s walking away from his child. But if we don’t do that, it’s gonna go mentally insane.

I asked you, just look at the comments on Chapter 35. You know, it should. Thousands. So come on. You know, dads are not solicitors. Dads and family court systems shouldn’t expect dads to be dads. And worse, dad should not be giving up on the system and losing their children. It’s just appalling.
And I do these chapters to highlight it. And if you’re sitting there thinking, well, why didn’t do this? What happened there? They just go for my chapters is on my profile, 40 chapters in now. And you know, there are just thousands and thousands of broken dads stuck in a broken system, and that’s unacceptable in 2024. And they go years without seeing their children because of the broken system. The system needs to be changed.
