So y’all know
we are a big fan of any type of show
that allows us to put our detective hats on
to try to figure out who done did it.
And I got another one for y’all.
Bad Monkey on Apple TV. Plus,
there’s two episodes available now,
with new episodes dropping every Wednesday,
and we will get a total of ten.
But it stars Vince Von as Andrew Yancy,
a detective turned restaurant food inspector
who gets pulled into this world of greed and corruption
when a tourist finds a severed arm while fishing.
So it’s actually being narrated by Captain Fitzpatrick,
who is also one of the characters.
I don’t really like the narration aspect of it.
It makes it a lot more fun.
Of course, you have Vince Von and his sarcastic comedy,
which is a perfect addition to the storyline.
The rest of the cast is absolutely casting.
You also have Natalie Martinez,
who I have been a fan of since she was on the show.
Secrets and lies. One of my other faves,
Michelle Monahan. Then you also have L.
Scott Cowell, Ronald Pete,
Jody Turner Smith, John Ortiz,
Meredith Haggard, Rob Delaney,
and the list goes on. So apple did not come to play with this one,
but so far, I am really liking.
I’m really looking forward to the next episode to see.
See how things are, you know,
gonna turn out. I really wanna see how the monkey is gonna play.
