Stripper Struggles and Successes: A Night in Adelaide

What’s the deal in Adelaide?
Like, how much money would you make in a night?
Or what’s the most money you made in a night?
Maybe like three grand, from memory.
Or maybe three or four. I’m like for big,
like the AUD. Yeah. Yeah,
which would be good. What,
in US, like,
I mean, probably almost half,
but it’s fine. Yeah,
we won’t talk about it. No,
I think it’s. No,
it’s like a dollar. A true dollar.
Sixty right now in US. Yeah,
but, um.
Yeah, it was.
It was crazy. Like
some nights I would make a lot,
but then some nights I would lose money, like,
cause we had to pay a house fee and I’ll get fined a lot,
which I’m pretty sure is illegal,
but like, what.
They would fine the girls like 300 bucks each.
Like,
just sometimes it would be like being on your phone or like being late
or like, which is crazy cause we were like contractors essentially.
But I had. I got so many fines
and it would be for like the dumbest shit.
Like, I can’t even remember what half of them are for.
And I’m. I was always getting fined.
And I think it was because they knew that I made quite a bit of money
that they could get away with taking money off me,
which is suck, cause sometimes I’d work on like a Tuesday night
and they would find me $300 for something
and That would be, like,
all I made. And that would cover my house fee,
which is sometimes like 75 bucks.
And then the Uber ride there and home and, like,
out of pocket. And I’m like,
I just danced on a bunch of dudes naked for free.
I actually paid them to do that,
which is crazy, cause I hated doing that.
I’m so sorry. It’s okay.
But, yeah,
again, that’s so. Shit.
Made us who we are today. Yeah.
