Kid’s Playroom Transformation: From Room to Slide Park in a Week

Come with us. To convert this entire room to a playroom for our kids.
And hopefully one TikTok. This is what we’re working with.
We’re gonna be painting, redoing, lighting,
putting up a slide in a week.
We were taking on too much here.
Walls have been painted, structure,
and the slide will be there.
Oh, there’s a structure now.
Oh, this is gonna be a slide park.
A kitchen area down here.
And there’s a carpet down king on the rock climbing wall.
So I’m gonna put trees, and then we’re gonna have the wall right here.
Adding in swings. I have finished the rock wall painting,
painted the structure, now getting ready to do the slide.
We’ve just added the carpet,
and I got these off of Amazon to put up up here.
Look how cute. We worked all day.
Swing installed. Here’s my art center organized.
All of the art supply added.
Lighting behind the rock wall.
Saucer swing installed.
Slide put together. This is my favorite part.
Welcome to the kitchen. Well, Matt,
I got a little kitchen conversion chart,
a little apron, photo of the family.
This phone calls. The phone upstairs.
Here’s upstairs in the phone.
It’s my son’s fifth birthday tomorrow,
and he was really sick as a baby,
and it just. Every year I get emotional.
Here is the start in the beginning of the room.
Here is the after. I am so excited with how good this turned out.
I mean, Monkey bars,
install Joel’s, test out the slide.
And then I got pots and pans.
Here is the after. Come back for the big reveal. We did it.
